Stephanie is a senior associate in Jackson Russell’s Property and Private Client teams.

She is experienced in helping clients navigate the complex legal landscape of property transactions and providing end-to-end solutions for a wide range of property matters

Stephanie acts for vendors and purchasers in the sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties. She also advises on drafting wills and enduring powers of attorney, and acts on unit title matters for both bodies corporate and unit owners.

Her skill set includes extensive due diligence reporting, acting for residential and commercial property owners in both sales and purchases, acting for landlords and tenants in leasing transactions and disputes, easement issues, acting in subdivisions and property development projects, boundary adjustments, financing and refinancing.

Stephanie has a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws (BA/LLB Hons) along with a Graduate Diploma in Teaching (Secondary) all from the University of Auckland.

Before studying law, Stephanie lived and worked in France for 10 years and is fluent in French.  Outside of work, she loves to travel and enjoys boating and taking cycling and walking trips.
