David is a partner in Jackson Russell’s Business Law team.
David is an experienced business lawyer with expertise in corporate transactions and commercial projects, as well as in intellectual property protection and commercialisation. He works across a broad range of sectors including technology, media, retail, manufacturing and the primary industries.
David`s clients include privately-held and family-owned businesses, corporates, subsidiaries of multi-national companies, and high-growth businesses. His clients like his clear, business-focused approach.
He has extensive international experience and was a partner in a UK law firm before returning to New Zealand and joining Jackson Russell.
David has a Master of Laws (Honours) from the University of Cambridge and is admitted as a solicitor in New Zealand.
