About the role
We are looking for a motivated litigation lawyer to join our growing disputes team in Auckland.
You will work across a broad range of matters, including commercial and contractual disputes, construction claims, trust and estate litigation, property disputes, insolvency and debt recovery, as well as mediations, arbitrations, court proceedings and tribunal work.
Depending on your level, you will have the opportunity to draft pleadings and submissions, work directly with clients, assist with strategy, attend mediations and hearings, and take real responsibility for files with partner support.

About you
You will ideally have 2–6 years’ PQE in civil or commercial litigation, with strong drafting, research and analytical skills, sound judgment, and a practical approach to problem-solving.
You will be an excellent communicator who enjoys working closely with clients and colleagues, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and is keen to continue developing as a litigator.
A current New Zealand practising certificate (or eligibility to hold one) is required.
