About the role
We are looking for a Senior Associate (6+ PQE) to join our Business Law team. In this role, you will:

Lead significant corporate and commercial transactions

Provide strategic, solutions-focused advice to business clients and their owners

Manage key client relationships with increasing autonomy

Supervise, mentor, and develop junior lawyers
-
Work closely with partners on client strategy and delivery
-
Contribute to wider practice development initiatives

About you
We are looking for someone who brings:

At least 6 years’ PQE in corporate and commercial law

Strong technical ability and excellent commercial judgment

A proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships

Confidence in leading matters and mentoring junior team members

Interest in contributing to the growth and development of the practice
