Residential

Our advice includes reviewing agreements for sale and purchase (including off the plans agreements, Council acquisitions and Public Works Act agreements), records of title, land information memorandum reports and all other pre-purchase documentation; drafting sale and purchase agreements and all attendances associated with the sale process. We are also able to advise on Overseas Investment Act processes and facilitate applications for consent or exemptions from the Overseas Investment Office.
Once an agreement is in place we are able to assist with all aspects of transaction completion, including advising on relevant bank documentation and liaising with banks to arrange security discharges where required.
