Sujin is a Senior Lawyer in Jackson Russell’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution team.

She has a wide range of experience in private client work, and civil disputes with a focus on construction law, contractual disputes, Consumer Guarantee Act breaches, Fair Trading Act breaches, and tortious claims. Her broad experience enables her to provide clients with personable, practical and strategic advice.

Sujin previously worked at a specialist litigation firm with a strong focus on construction law and appeared at the Court of Appeal, High Court and mediations. She has also acted for contractors, developers, private individuals, property owners, trusts and trustees.

She is fluent in Korean, and enjoys running, golfing and spending quality time with her family and friends outside of work.
