Nick is an associate in Jackson Russell’s Property and Private Client teams.

His experience covers all aspects of general residential and commercial property and private client work.

Nick’s areas of expertise include commercial and residential conveyancing and property due diligence, commercial leasing and development, property sharing agreements, subdivisions, and retirement village occupation right agreements.

He also advises on enduring powers of attorney, wills, and general private client and asset structuring advice.

His clients include private individuals, commercial landlords, family trusts, commercial and property trusts, companies, and charities.

Nick has a Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Laws (BCom/LLB) from the Victoria University of Wellington.

Outside of work Nick enjoys playing a range of “social sports” including Golf, Cricket, Football and Basketball, as well as spending time with family and friends and walking his dog.
