Kelly is a partner leading Jackson Russell’s Property and Private Client Team.

She works across a wide range of general and commercial property matters and acts for a variety of individuals, trusts, and small-to-medium businesses.

Kelly has extensive experience across all aspects of commercial and residential property. This includes sales and purchases, commercial leasing, subdivisions, property development projects, financing, and retirement village occupation licences.

She also advises on general trust law, and wills and enduring powers of attorney.

As a general property practitioner, Kelly particularly enjoys the personal client contact and diversity that her practice brings. She is compassionate and relates well to people and values the long term relationships that Jackson Russell enjoys.  Kelly takes a friendly, open and pragmatic approach to her work, and gets satisfaction from guiding her clients through their legal affairs in order to achieve their goals.
 
Kelly is from a Northland coastal farming community and enjoys returning home regularly to spend time with family. Kelly strives to bring to her practice qualities that are instilled in someone from a farming background including problem solving, practicality, efficiency, and a positive attitude. Kelly’s interests include her young family, photography, the outdoors and travel. Kelly also loves music, plays guitar, and is currently learning to play the drums. She is also a qualified Pilates instructor.
