Janelle is an associate in Jackson Russell’s Private Client and Trusts teams.

Her expertise spans wills, enduring powers of attorney, succession planning, trusts and estate administration.

Janelle works closely with private individuals, family trusts and charitable trusts.

Her career began in accounting and finance with one of New Zealand’s largest banks before transitioning to law.

Prior to joining Jackson Russell, Janelle worked in general practice across conveyancing, trusts, estate administration, wills and enduring powers of attorney, and was an in-house lawyer for one of New Zealand’s largest tertiary education providers.

Janelle has a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and a Bachelor of Laws (BCom/LLB) from the University of Auckland.

Outside of work, Janelle enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and two dogs. She also delights in exploring new eateries with her husband and experimenting in the kitchen with cherished family recipes.
