Glenn is a consultant in Jackson Russell’s Employment Law team.
He has more than 30 years’ experience in employment law and specialises in employment litigation, and advice in respect of all issues arising out of an employment relationship.
His expertise includes personal grievances, disciplinary and performance management issues, restructuring and redundancy and legal compliance including assisting employers with Employment Agreements, policies and procedures and other employment documentation. His practice also includes advice about the application of the Privacy Act in an employment context, and negotiation of exit packages.
Glenn also has extensive experience in helping employers manage employee theft or fraud, breach of intellectual property, restraint of trade and unlawful competition, bullying and sexual and racial harassment.
He regularly attends mediations and represents clients in the Employment Relations Authority and Employment Court, and the High Court.
Glenn has a Master of Laws (LLM Hons) from the University of Auckland.
