Caroline is a partner in Jackson Russell’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. 

She has more than 20 years’ experience in court litigation, arbitration and mediation.

Caroline acts for clients in a broad range of civil disputes and has particular expertise in commercial and corporate matters, and with issues involving franchises, trusts, estate claims and property disputes.

She works with large and medium corporates, directors and shareholders, private clients, liquidators, and charitable trusts and institutions. 

Caroline has a Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Laws (BA/LLB) from the University of Auckland.
