Andrew is a lawyer in Jackson Russell’s Business Law team.

He advises clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters, with particular experience in franchising, mergers and acquisitions, and general business law.

Andrew brings a pragmatic and personable approach, focused on delivering clear, practical advice.

Prior to joining Jackson Russell, he worked at a boutique firm where he supported start-ups and growth businesses on matters including capital raising, governance, and transactional work.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) from the University of Auckland.
