Legal Assistant – Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team

Join our friendly litigation team in a flexible part-time role where your organisational skills and attention to detail will make a real impact.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Assistant to support our busy and collaborative litigation team. The role is part-time, 20–30 hours per week, worked across Tuesday to Friday. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and secretarial tasks that are key to the smooth running of our client work.

Key responsibilities:

  • General administration and support
  • Communication with clients, courts, and other external stakeholders
  • Co-ordination of team activities including Professional Development, Meetings and social events
  • Onboarding clients and AML compliance
  • Document formatting
  • Monthly billing

About you

You will bring a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to the role. We’re looking for someone reliable, organised, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. You will have a strong administrative background, be tech-savvy, and demonstrate the ability to learn new systems and software quickly. The role requires someone who can prioritise effectively and perform well under pressure, while maintaining accuracy and a high standard of work at all times.

To be successful, you will have:

  • At least 2–3 years’ experience in a legal support or administrative role, or currently in the final years of a law degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong MS Office and document management system skills
  • A proactive, can-do approach and the ability to anticipate needs
  • A high level of discretion and respect for confidentiality
