About the Role
We are looking for a talented senior lawyer or associate with 3+ years PQE. You will work on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Commercial contracts and general advisory work
- Business structuring and shareholder arrangements
You will work closely with partners and clients, have real responsibility, and enjoy opportunities to supervise and mentor junior team members. Many of our transactions involve working with leading firms both within New Zealand and internationally.

About You
You will ideally have:
- 3+ years’ PQE in corporate and commercial law
- A strong technical grounding and sound judgment
- The ability to build rapport with clients and deliver practical, solutions-focused advice
- Tech savvy
- An interest in mentoring more junior lawyers and working collaboratively within a team
- A proactive, professional, and flexible approach
